Yap Studio is an AI editor that works inside Claude. You build your look once (captions, b-roll, text cards, transitions, color, sound), and every talking-head clip you film comes back cut, graded, captioned and ready to post. No timeline, no templates to drag around, no editor on retainer.

How it works

1. Film. Drop your clip in your inbox folder: camera, iPhone or iCloud.
2. Say the word. Tell Claude “edit my inbox in my premium style.”
3. Post. Claude cuts the pauses and retakes, grades the footage with your camera’s LUT, captions it, adds b-roll and text cards where they actually land, mixes your voice and music, and exports the finished reel.

Your style, fully yours

The Style Lab opens right inside Claude and previews your look live on your own footage.

• Captions: your font, size, weight, letter spacing, outline, lines and position.
• Hook titles: a headline on top of the reel for the whole video, written from your own words.
• B-roll: pulled from your own b-roll library, calm and cinematic, only where it shows what you’re saying.
• Text cards: full-screen cutaways for the lines that hit hardest.
• Transitions and sound: flash transitions, your own overlays and sound effects, timed to the frame.
• Color: your camera’s built-in LUT is picked up automatically, and log b-roll gets graded to match.
• Voice: EQ, noise removal, compressor and limiter, plus presets for each mic.
• Music: low-pass and volume, sitting under your voice.
• Section switches: turn any section off for a pure talking-head edit.
• Style packs: save as many styles as you want, and share them as packs.

Two signature styles included

• 2027 Premium Yap Style: 4:3 cinematic, with left-aligned captions, slow push-in b-roll and cream text cards.
• IPhone Style: 9:16 vertical, with a hook title on top, bold centered captions and pure talking head.
